Bottle inlet:
The air feeding device is adopted to feed the bottle, and the
bottle diameter method is used to hang the bottle. The bottle
loading speed is fast and the bottle will not deform
Bottle rinsing:
It adopts advanced bottle neck griping technology to avoid contact
with the screw mouth of the bottle, more sanitary.
The delivery of the bottle in the machine all adopts the card
bottle neck griping technology, so if customee wants to change
different bottle shapes with the same bottle mouth, there is no
need to adjust the height of the equipment, just replace the
corresponding protective plate according to the diameter of the
bottle body.
Cap loading system:
The cap loading system adopts rotary type cap arraning system with
a speed of up to 20,000 pcs per hour. The cap is stored in the cap
hopper, and the motor drives the internal rotation, so that the
ccap is arranged in an orderly manner and sent to the outlet of the
cap.
Electric cabinet:
The whole machine operating electric control cabinet is inside the
machine. All single equipment can run and stop in the control
cabinet, all electric parts like PLC, frequency inverter,
contactor...etc are located here, with stainless stell box to
protect it, very safe and portable.
